the actress’ legal counsel intrigued fans with a cryptic remark on the matter.
The speculations arose after alleged screenshots of the couple’s exchange circulated on social media.
The screenshots, along with photos of Quinto’s supposed conversation with another individual, were allegedly shared by Magallanes via his private Instagram page.
The pair’s exchange included Quinto asking Magallanes to delete his “nega post” and appealing to him to “hear” her and to support their daughter Athena. The screenshots also showed Magallanes cursing at the actress, and accusing her of using Athena against him.
These were then discussed by TV host Boy Abunda via his show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” saying he would be in touch with Quinto’s lawyer, Mary Louise Reyes, to validate the screenshots.
Abunda also mentioned a Hawaii police report, which allegedly involves Magallanes, circulating on social media.

Reyes then shared an excerpt from Abunda’s show episode via her Instagram Stories, adding the caption: “Yaan mo na, Tito Boy. Lugi naman ang paninda n’yan. ‘Di bumenta. Charot.”
Quinto and Magallanes got married in 2016, then welcomed their daughter in 2017. Quinto is currently in the Philippines, while Magallanes is based in the United States.
Meanwhile, Quinto earlier confirmed that she was facing a standing arrest warrant for securities violation, which stemmed from her prior endorsement of embattled dermatological company Dermacare.
The actress said in a statement that she would cooperate with the authorities and “face the issue through the proper legal forum.” This earned praises from fans who commended her for showing accountability.
